Plans, trial and billing

Every plan has every feature. You pay for the size of your centre: how many active students you have, and how many people sign in.

Plans and prices

Paying for a year costs 10 months. Prices are in Ringgit. Setting up and bringing in your students is free on every plan.

Your free trial

A new centre gets 30 days of the Growth plan free, with no card needed. In the last week, admins see a reminder at the top of the app. When you choose a plan, everything you've set up stays as it is.

What counts towards your plan

• Active students: everyone on the Students page who isn't archived. When a student leaves, open them and tap Archive. They stop counting, and their lessons and fees are kept.
• People who sign in: you, and every admin and teacher on Team. Tap Disable on someone who has left to free their place.

At your plan's limit, you can't add or import more students until you archive some or move to a bigger plan. Parents signing up for a class always get through, so you never lose a sign-up.

To see where you stand, go to Settings › Your centre › Your plan. It shows your plan, when it's paid until (or when the trial ends), and how many students and people you have against the limits.

How to pay

1. Email adrianwong.acksolutions@gmail.com with your centre's name, the plan you'd like, and whether you'll pay monthly or yearly.
2. We send you an invoice from ACK Solutions, the company behind MyTuitionClass, with our bank details.
3. Pay by bank transfer. Once it's in, we extend your plan and the new date shows under Your plan.

To change plan, email us the same way. There's no card to enter and nothing renews by itself.

If a plan runs out, the app reminds your admins and gives you a few days' grace to pay. Please renew in that time to keep using MyTuitionClass.
